Returns

If you wish to return any ready to wear item then you must contact us within 14 days of receipt in order to authorise the return - please do not simply send an item back without informing us. You then have 14 days to return the item, in it’s original condition. We will not accept returns of items that have been worn or damaged, and they must have their original tags in place where appropriate. You are responsible for any postage costs

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on made to measure, bespoke or personalised pieces, nor on any sale items

Exchanges

In addition to our above returns policy, we are very happy to send out a replacement garment, for example in a different size, where that item is still available. Please contact us for advice
