3 Piece Suit in Porter & Harding Glenroyal Tweed

This suit was cut for a very tall and slim customer of 6’6” height and 39” waist - hence it’s long and slender appearance. The cloth is from Porter and Harding’s Glenroyal bunch - a true favourite of ours - and this is tweed number 44665. It has a herringbone base weave plus a blue and green overcheck

The jacket has a 3 button fastening, 4 button working cuff, slant pockets, ticket pocket, single rear vent plus 4 inner pockets. It has green undercollar melton to match the check, plus contrasting stitching on the last cuff buttonhole to match the cupro jacquard lining

The waistcoat has a 6 button fastening, 4 welt pockets and notch lapels. It is backed and lined in two-tone cupro jacquard with a peacock design, and the bottom buttonhole reflects this colour. All buttons are mid brown genuine horn

The trousers are flat fronted, have a metal zip fly, side adjusters, buttons for braces and are half lined
